* WHRCF Secretariat is doing a survey to provide the daily child care service for the pre-registered participants. Please fill out the Daily Child Care Service Section of the registeation form if you need a following service.

On Site Registration
- Registration Booth

* receive your badge for entrance
Additional Information
- - In case you do not receive an e-mail response in 7 days the completion of the online pre-registration, please inquire directly to the secretariat
- - During the forum, all participants must issue 'ID card' or the 'badge' from the reception desk for the entrance
- - Please use public transportation if possible
- - Printed Program Books will be ONLY provided to those who register in advance
- - Participation in GREEN CAMPAIGN
- : Please Bring Your Own Thermos(BYOT)! The 9th WHRCF is avoiding disposable cups to reduce waste and prevent the environment
