The secretariat of WHRCF does not provide accommodation or reservation service for general participants. Child Care Service
The World Human Rights Cities Forum will provide a child care service for the convenience of participants. However, the service is inevitably provided to the pre-registerer as a demand survey is required in advance. If you want, please fill in the details of the care service during the advanced registration.

| Cancellation Policy | The cancellation is possible within 14 days based on the starting date. Reapplication is not available after the cancellation. |
| Remarks | Any physical symptoms of a child, including significant diseases or allergic problems, must be informed in advance |
